MINISTER OF RELIGION
JOB DESCRIPTION:
– Duties will mainly be in the church premises, with a view of building spiritual growth and protection for congregants and the community at large. These duties include
– Leading Services: Preaching, including preparing and delivering sermons (Mid-week and Sunday services), will also support other departments in church to ensure smooth delivery of service.
– Pastoral Support & Counseling .
– Teaching and Discipleship: Running Bible study groups and prayer meetings during the week.
– Evangelism and Outreach
– Administrative and Leadership Duties
– Perform ceremonial Duties: They will be officiating weddings, baptisms, funerals, and child dedication services.
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
– A dynamic, contagious faith that is grounded in scripture and empowered by the Holy Spirit
– Must have a Bachelor Degree & Certificate of Ordination
– Must be a born again Christian
– Must be able to preach the gospel of Christ well.
– Have a heart for evangelism and outreach in reaching out in the community.
– Creative and innovative attitude to ministry. Organize outreach programs.
– Proven leadership skills and track record of bringing on others. Community outreach
– Definite commitment to the mission and ministry of the local church.
– An ability to work on own initiative
– A willing and enthusiastic person committed to being a team member
SALARY: £25,000 per annum
CHARITY WORKERS
JOB DESCRIPTION
– Carry out marketing and public relations activities to raise the profile of the organisation
– Organising and helping with fundraising activities such as sponsored or promotional events, house-to-house and street collections.
– Work with fellow volunteers to achieve the charity aims and objectives
– Supervise the day to say running of the Charity
– Identifying the less privileged people and arrange how to help them

– must have experience in outreach work
– Flexibility and innovation
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Good Organisational skills

RELIGIOUS WORKER
JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties will be mainly in the church. Will engage in evangelism duties, with a view of building spiritual growth and protection for congregants and the community at large. Duties also include:
– Organize crusades and evangelism
– Engage in prayer and fasting for the congregants and community at large
– Support the expanded ministry of the church throughout various departments in the church and the community.
– Prepare and carry out church programs and schedules.
– To be involved in organizing regular concerts and church events.
– Build authentic relationships with lost people.
